What to expect? What to bring?
All of our classes are CrossFit classes and generally are composed of 4 parts:
Group warm up and stretch: move your body, get warm
Gymnastics: proprioception, core or body work exercises to prime you for the movements to come
Weightlifting: Review the form and technique (or learn for the first time!) for our power/Olympic lift of the day. Then practice, practice, practice.
WOD = workout of the day: Breathe, sweat, move.
Every day is different, but that’s the fun!
Come prepared to workout. Make sure you’ve had something to eat and drink prior to arrival and with enough time to have properly digested. Bring a water bottle.
