Dumbbells again!

We thought we had seen the dumbbells and crossed them off the list, turns out Castro had other plans!  If the first week tested your push, this week definitely challenged your gymnastics skills with both toes to bar and bar muscle ups.  CrossFit is all about combining elements of fitness and gymnastics plays a large part in what we do.  Keep practicing your shapes, training for the unexpected and be ready for what comes next!
