  2. My girlfriend and I will be traveling through Akron on Tuesday (just not sure what time yet). Can we drop into any class or do we need to schedule that? She has 1 year experience and I have 4 years and I am an L1.

    I tried to call yesterday but I haven’t heard a response and the email address failed to send as well.
    So I am leaving a comment here and keeping my fingers crossed.

    My name is Kaitlin and I will be attending Kent State this summer
    for a journalism fellowship. I’ve been put into a team as a part of my
    fellowship and we must research, report, and produce a project with a local
    angle.

    I wanted to know if it would be okay to focus our group project on your
    CrossFit box? We will be arriving July 11th. The project consists on
    writing articles and producing something including multimedia (video
    production, photography, etc.) We would interview people as well.

    My group is excited for this project and we think that CrossFit would be an
    excellent topic. In fact, I will probably come and drop in during the week
    to work out.

  5. I would like to drop in for a few classes I have 3 years experience I have competed in a few masters events .Men’s 55 to 59I did the open with a partial torn bicep and could not give it 100% ranked around 41st in central east and 600 in the world

Hi, I am interested in starting cross fit, I’ve got several marathons, half marathons and 5ks under my belt, but I’m wanting to start some cross training and have heard good things about cross fit. Unfortunately my work and school schedule would only allow me the time on Saturday mornings. I saw that you have an 8:30 class on Saturday mornings, is there room for one more in that class?

    It has been forever since we were in (I think about a year). Hanna had knee surgery 6 months ago, and was just fully cleared last week and we are considering starting up again!! Are you still teaching the 5:30AM classes (it would be the only time we could come)?

      So great to hear from both of you. Charlie teaches the 5:30 am class, but I’m there at 8 and the afternoon. Hope your knee is healing quickly. If you want to stop in just let me know :)

  8. Hello. I’ve been thinking about cheking out your gym but know little to nothing about crossfit. I would most likely be interested in the 5:30 am time. Do I need to give a heads up before I stop in? Do you offer a free trial for newbies? Thanks so much!
