2020.  It’s here, can you believe it!? Where does time go?! It seriously feels like we were just revisiting our goal board, evaluating our fitness and coming up with a list of new challenges to conquer over the course of the year. Well, how did you do? 

Did you work your strict strength to improve your gymnastics? Did you push weights to make strength gains? Did you work on your mobility to improve your positions and, therefore, increase your lifting potential? 

Or did you not?

Use your previous goal setting makes or misses looking forward. Goals will not happen without work. Hard work. Please take the time to think about what you want to achieve and establish a game plan on how to get there. It’s not magic. It’s time. It’s discipline. It’s practice. It’s consistency. 

2020 is here. Don’t let it slip away without doing everything in your power to get everything you can out of it. Bet 2021 will be here before you know it.
