17.1, All The Dumbbell Snatches

The Open is one of my favorite times of year.  Saturdays are a community day that we spend together grueling our way through the mastermind programming of Dave Castro.  The introduction of 17.1 forced us all out of our comfort zones with the dumbbell snatch and burpee box jump over.  With two movements that you can always keep moving, I can’t think of a much better way to test your pain tolerance or prove your heart!  All Heart All Day.
